Banner Elk Winery Wine Club

Banner Elk Winery is pleased to invite you to be a part of our Exclusive Wine Club. This gives you special access to Discounts, Special Events, and Pre-Release Wines.

Wine Club memberships include two shipments per year, one in May and one in November.

Members may have the wines shipped to them or held at the winery for pickup. Wine shipments include the Winemaker’s Selection; a mix of wines that includes classic favorites and new offerings.

You may also choose to pick up the required bottles periodically over the course of the current period. For example: If you are a member of our Silver Elk Wine Club (6 Bottles each period), you may choose to pick up part, or all of those 6 bottles between the months of December-May for that period, or between June-November for that period. If you have only picked up part of your full order by the end of the period, we will ship the remaining quantity right to your door. This option also applies to the Gold Elk Club Membership.

Benefits of being a wine club member

All members of the Banner Elk Winery Wine Club are first in line for:

No joining fee,
Two Member Levels: Gold Elk and Silver Elk
Pre-notification of new wine releases,
Special invitations to annual parties,
Special Grape Crush and other members-only parties,
Annual Wine dinners,
Discounted pricing for special events sponsored by the Winery,
Discounts on all wines and merchandise purchased at Banner Elk Winery.

Whichever Member Level you choose, you will be notified by email two weeks prior to billing and shipment, at which time you agree to update any contact, shipping, or credit card changes.

Banner Elk Winery Wine Club Membership Details:

Gold Elk Club:

Our winemaker will personally select twelve (12) wines from our new and current releases, award-winning wines, and limited production wines twice yearly at a 15% discount.
Instead of a full shipment at the end of the period, you may instead pick up bottles periodically in our Tasting Room to consume on-site or take home. These will be credited to your 12-bottle total, and any remaining bottles will be shipped directly to your door (or will be available for pickup at the end of the period).
Any number of bottles purchased past your required 12 each period will still receive the 15% discount.
You’ll receive 6 complimentary wine flights or 6 glasses of wine annually.
You’ll receive a 10% discount on retail items in our Tasting Room.

By signing up for the Banner Elk Winery Gold Club you agree to the following:

Acceptance and payment of 2 shipments per year (1) April (2) November of our Winemaker’s selection of wines, twelve (12) bottles per shipment.
Fifteen percent (15%) discount on all wines in shipment. (Does not include shipping and handling charges.)
Fifteen percent (15%) discount on all additional wine purchase at Banner Elk Winery.

Silver Elk Club:

Our winemaker will personally select six (6) wines from our new and current releases, award-winning wines, and limited production wines twice yearly at a 10% discount.
Instead of a full shipment (or pickup) at the end of the period, you may instead pick up bottles periodically in our Tasting Room to consume on-site or take home. These will be credited to your 6-bottle total, and any remaining bottles will be shipped directly to your door (or will be available for pickup at the end of the period).
Any number of bottles purchased past your required 6 will still receive the 10% discount.
You’ll receive 4 complimentary wine flights or 4 glasses of wine annually.
You’ll receive a 5% discount on retail items.

By signing up for the Banner Elk Winery Silver Club you agree to the following:

Acceptance and payment of 2 shipments per year (1) April (2) November of our Winemaker’s selection of wines, six (6) bottles per shipment.
Ten percent (10%) discount on all wines in shipment. (Does not include shipping and handling charges.)
Ten percent (10%) discount on all additional wine purchases at Banner Elk Winery.
